Senior Project Manager – Transmission Line Construction
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a large-scale 345kV transmission line construction project.
The ideal candidate is a leader with proven success managing transmission construction projects of similar size and complexity. This individual must be capable of maintaining strong client communication, schedule management, and changing order oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall project management efforts for a 345kV transmission line project
Manage client relationships and maintain clear communication with engineering and stakeholder teams
Oversee project schedules, budgets, reporting, and forecasting
Handle change orders resulting from schedule impacts and design modifications
Coordinate with construction management and field leadership
Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations are met
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Support project documentation and reporting using Procore and related project management tools
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance
Qualifications
7+ years of transmission line construction project management experience
