A growing project-based electrical and renewable energy contractor is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general ledger, month-end close, job costing, WIP reporting, and AR/AP functions.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Support month-end close and financial reporting
Manage job costing and WIP reporting
Process invoices, vendor bills, and payments
Partner with project managers on cost tracking and profitability
Assist with reporting, variance analysis, and compliance support
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
4–7 years of accounting experience (construction/project-based preferred)
NetSuite or similar ERP experience strongly preferred
Strong accrual accounting and GL experience
Experience with job costing and WIP
Hybrid schedule (minimum two days onsite in South Seattle). Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.
