Duties: Digital & Information Technology Contract Administrator
Onsite 5 days/week in Overland Park, KS or Cary, NC

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our Digital and Information Technology indirect procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor performance reporting, software contract consumption, services contract burn-down reporting, coordination of RFx activities, vendor communications and notifications, monthly business review coordination, and contract lifecycle management support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to ensure optimal vendor performance and compliance with contract terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Creates, maintains, and finalized bidder lists for indirect procurement activities.
Conducts Market Research
Performs complex expediting duties.
Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements.
Contract Execution Coordination
Contract Record Creation and maintenance
Contract consumption Reporting
Monthly procurement reporting
Vendor Performance Reporting
Supports the RFP Process and manages the related bidding process.
Perform usage imports of top software titles to provide business representatives with trending data.
Coordinate IT contract review process for new orders/suppliers with IT Contract Manager and the internal Legal department.
Manages invoice discrepancies with vendor and/or project team, including PO or SOW revision coordination as required.
Perform competitive bidding exercises, including leading and managing the evaluation process through the distribution of quotations, requirements/standards evaluation, and collaboration with business lines regarding the evaluation of potential hardware/software solutions.
Other Sourcing, Indirect Procurement, and Vendor Management Office duties as assigned
Skills: 5 Years related experience.
Certifications: ITIL Foundations (or higher)
