Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 5:00PM with necessary overtime.
There will be 3 rounds of interviews, including a Success Finder behavioral assessment.
This role would have a total of 4 reports with future potential of more (10-12 headcount) depending on company growth.
Travel is required and is upon demand, depending on the customer need. Could be up to but not limited to 30%.
Must be CQE certified.
High preference on candidates who hold both Green Belt certification and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
Any candidate considered must be willing to obtain a Green Belt certification within a defined timeframe, which can be discussed and agreed upon with the hiring manager.
Must have 2+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance, CX, CEX, Customer Quality or Customer Experience roles.
Must have 1+ years of leadership experience.
Experience must be within a similar industry with similar product lines. Must come from a heavy automation fast-paced manufacturing environment.
I.E. Semiconductor or Advanced Electronics Manufacturing.
NO medical or hospitality.
NO bottling manufacturing.
NO food & beverage or anything FDA related.
Must have strong public relations and/or customer-facing experience, particularly in managing quality concerns and building client relationships.
