Program Manager - Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Platform
Job Summary:
The Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Program Platform Manager will be responsible for the overall management, optimization, and strategic direction of the Oracle Fusion ERP platform used for financial and HR operations. This role involves coordinating with internal business stakeholders and a managed services provider to ensure the platform meets business needs, enhances operational efficiency, and adheres to best practices in system administration and development. Additionally, this role will serve as an IT Project Manager for 20% of the time, overseeing IT projects for the IT department.
Key Responsibilities: Platform Oversight:
Manage the Oracle Fusion ERP platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and industry standards.
Oversee the integration of new features and functionalities in collaboration with third-party developers.
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Third-Party Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the outsourced administration team, ensuring they deliver high-quality support and services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the third-party team to drive continuous improvement.
Manage incident resolution and closure processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Monitor third-party performance and compliance.
Project Management:
Lead and manage ERP-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal departments, including Finance, HR, and IT, to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance user adoption and proficiency with the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for system improvement and innovation.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacy.
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive financial and HR information.
Oracle HCM Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of Oracle HCM modules, including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management.
Ensure the HCM system supports business objectives and enhances HR operations.
Collaborate with HR leaders to identify and implement improvements in HCM processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
