Job Title: Project Manager – Solar (Remote, U.S. Based)
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale solar energy projects across the Commercial, Industrial, and Utility sectors (ranging from 20kW to 20MW). This is a remote position for U.S.-based candidates, with travel required to project sites nationwide.
This role is ideal for someone who can drive project success from feasibility to commissioning while coordinating with cross-functional teams and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risk for multiple projects
Lead cross-functional teams (zoning, engineering, construction, integration, etc.)
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal leadership
Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools
Perform and present risk analyses, progress updates, and contingency planning
Foster strong relationships with partners and community stakeholders
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing solar projects through full development and execution lifecycle
Proven experience in site acquisition, interconnection, permitting, environmental compliance, and construction oversight
Familiarity with energy storage and L2–L3 EV charging installations is a plus
