We’re looking for an Area Crew Manager to oversee and dispatch field service teams across the region. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and team alignment on service priorities. You'll manage daily operations while also promoting a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion a strong health and safety culture; lead or assist in incident investigations and ensure LOTO compliance and effective site inductions
Lead and coordinate Team Leads and Field Technicians on scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks
Drive field performance metrics, including utilization, readiness, near-miss reporting, work order completion, and technical efficiency
Partner with internal training teams to maintain valid team certifications and readiness
Oversee quality assurance and support operational best practices from start to finish
Conduct regular site and turbine inspections
Continuously improve the annual maintenance strategy
Collaborate with leadership on inventory, tooling, cost control, and vendor coordination
Act as a primary point of contact for customer communications and participate in operational meetings when needed

Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
OSHA 10 Certification
NFPA 70E Certification
Ability to pass a physical exam
Valid driver's license

GWO Basic Safety Training
GWO Advanced Rescue Training
GWO Basic Technical Training
First Aid Certification
Electrical safety knowledge
Experience with turbine brands such as GE, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, or Nordex
