Position Overview:

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the efficient handling, organization, and tracking of goods within a warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in the movement of materials from receiving to shipping, ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper documentation throughout the process.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Safely unload and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately enter received items into the inventory management system on a daily basis.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with regular inventory audits.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Complete documentation related to warehouse operations in a timely manner.
  • Transport raw materials to production areas as needed.
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with carriers and vendors.
  • Keep warehouse and loading areas organized and clean.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
 
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Knowledge of proper packaging methods for storage and shipping.
  • Familiarity with warehouse processes, raw materials, and production flow.
  • Skilled in safe operation of forklifts (indoor/outdoor usage).
  • Basic computer literacy for system entries and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Current forklift certification.
