About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll be the go-to expert for IT infrastructure, responsible for ensuring reliable systems, managing internal support, and overseeing tools and technologies critical to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, configure, and maintain Microsoft servers, networks, and workstations
Manage software licensing, renewals, and compliance across the organization
Provide daily IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Collaborate with internal software development teams to ensure system compatibility
Implement and maintain IT security protocols, controls, and backups
Oversee procurement and deployment of IT hardware and software
Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues
Manage vendor and service provider relationships
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT administration or infrastructure management
Proficiency in Microsoft server environments, networking, and end-user support
Experience in managing software licensing and IT compliance
Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and IT governance
(Preferred) Experience working with or supporting software development teams
