Are you detail-oriented with a strong background in manufacturing quality? We’re hiring a Quality Technician II to support advanced quality control, process auditing, and product compliance for our production team. This is an ideal role for experienced quality professionals who are ready for a night shift opportunity in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.🔬 Core Responsibilities
  • Inspect raw, in-process, and finished goods using proper testing tools and techniques
  • Review blueprints, specs, and work instructions to ensure product conformance
  • Record inspection results, track reworks and scrap, and input data into quality databases
  • Identify product defects and determine root causes
  • Verify calibration of equipment and measurement tools
  • Support production staff with quality procedures and training
  • Assist in developing inspection plans and test methods
  • Perform data collection and create reports for management
  • Suggest process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality and safety issues
 What You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years of quality inspection or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of inspection tools, measurement systems, and quality procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-focused
  • Willing to work a rotating 12-hour shift
Preferred:
  • Experience in PV module, electronics, or cleanroom manufacturing
  • Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, MSA, or Lean/Six Sigma principles
  • Familiarity with radiographs, engineering drawings, or statistical software
  • Previous involvement in developing work instructions or training others
