Reports To: OEM Production Manager
Job Status: Full Time
1. Objective:
The primary objective of the Production Supervisor is to plan, organize and control
production in the company’s OEM Department to ensure that goods are produced
efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.
2. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Execute and complete customer orders per daily production schedule, as well as,
any tasks given by Executive Management
• Oversee the forecast and control of component product requirements for current and
future production demands in line with customer requirements
• Maintain stock controls in line with customer demand and facility fiscal budget
• Oversee receiving of materials for site
• Maintain all work areas to comply with 6S (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain,
safety)
• Report defective materials to QEHS; assist in Root Cause Analysis where
necessary
• Ensure the safe working environment is always maintained and that the appropriate
safety regulations and policies are being adhered to
• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per P.M.
charts
• Ability to apply common sense and competence to carry out detailed written or oral
instructions
• Adhere to all Company assembly processes and work instructions
• Quality assurance of assemblies within production area
• Introduce process improvements into areas of responsibility
• Maintain daily production schedule to meet team goals
• Do not overbuild or under build orders without being approved by management
• Team members are responsible for the quality of each product
• Follow all Company process and procedures
• Down Time: Ensure team members are always busy during work hours.
o Wipe down equipment
o Clean work areas
o Organize areas
o Replenish stock
o Empty trash bins
o 6S OEM facility

3. Role Requirements:
• Basic math comprehension (fractions, add/subtract, division, multiplication)
• Perform inventory counts
• Read/write English
• Use and read a tape measure
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Forklift driving certification through the Company
• Company Product Technical Manual training
• Crimp machine training (WI and performance verification)
• Auto saw training (WI and performance verification)
• M3 and livewire training
• Hydraulics experience
• Each station of Production line
4. Safety Responsibilities:
• Follow Safety standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Participate in the Total Continuous Improvement program
• Attend all employee Safety Meetings
• Use prescribed Personal Protective Equipment
• Observe restricted areas and all warning signs

• Work environment varies depending on job function, site and activity. This role will
generally be exposed to both indoor office working conditions, as well as,
warehouse conditions. Warehouse area provides protection from outside
weather/elements in most cases but is not climate controlled. Adequate lighting and
ventilation exist in all areas of the facility.
