Monday – Friday; 8AM – 4:30PM with necessary overtime.
This role would report to the Process and Manufacturing Engineering Manager that we’re hiring for.
Would report to the Director of Operations in the interim.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years in high-volume automated manufacturing.
PV or electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with track and report on yields, scrap, and OEE; lead corrective actions.
Proven ability to execute process development and continuous improvement under direction.
Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control), DOE (Design of Experiments), Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, SWIs, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
Knowledge of automation & robotics; troubleshooting PLCs (Control Logix) and plant controls.
Strong project support skills with focus on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Good communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating the ability to work cross-functionally.
Although this role has no direct reports, we are looking for a proactive problem solver who takes ownership of projects and can coach and train teammates.
