Responsibilities
Onboard new employees into the ERP system
Process weekly union payroll
Enter and upload craft and G&A payroll
Respond to employee, union, and third-party payroll inquiries
Process monthly union fringe contributions and deductions
Code, route, and process accounts payable invoices related to payroll and union payments
Manage customer cash receipts and daily cash disbursements
Maintain accurate records, data entry, and reporting
Ensure proper data retention and system updates in accordance with company standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
