Job Title: Regional OEM Sales
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling to large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. This role requires exceptional sales skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with large OEM customers.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Business Development:
  • Identify and target large OEM customers within the manufacturing industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate new accounts and expand business within existing accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
 
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at large OEMs.
 
Sales Cycle Management:
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and sales contracts that meet customer needs and objectives.
 
Analytical Skills:
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate client performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve goals and objectives.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record in large OEM sales within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of OEM sales cycles, procurement processes, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
